Compensation Structure:

  • 1st year: $23.58/hr
  • 2nd year: $25.93/hr
  • 3rd year: $28.29/hr
  • 4th year: $33.01/hr
  • 5th year: $40.08/hr

Your Responsibilities:

  • Install HVAC systems in accordance with company policies and manufacturer guidelines
  • Perform wiring tasks for both low and high voltage systems
  • Install copper refrigerant lines, including brazing and soldering
  • Set up flexible and sheet metal ductwork
  • Ensure proper connection of gas lines to heating systems
  • Assess and measure materials required for installation
  • Receive and load materials and equipment into the company vehicle
  • Assist team members to ensure timely completion of tasks as directed by management
  • Foster positive working relationships with colleagues and supervisors
  • Complete all necessary documentation accurately
  • Conduct machine readings with a clear understanding of their implications
  • Maintain cleanliness of the assigned company vehicle
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Desire to learn HVAC through practical experience
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures for extended periods
  • Capability to safely lift heavy objects
  • Willingness to climb, stoop, balance, crouch, crawl, or kneel regularly

Preferred Qualifications:

  • One year of experience in HVAC installation

Employment eligibility at Bell Plumbing & Heating is subject to a background check that does not reveal any felony convictions within the last five years.

As this role involves driving a company vehicle, a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) is required, free from serious violations in the past five years.
