Armanino is seeking a highly skilled Change Management Professional to join our team. As a key member of our Transformation Practice Excellence team, you will play a critical role in driving operational improvement projects across our internal client support teams.
Key Responsibilities- Lead change management efforts for the rollout of transformation activities, collaborating closely with the Senior Director, Transformation, Department Operational Leaders, and Internal Operational Team.
- Design, implement, and measure the success of change management efforts for operational efficiency-related rollouts.
- Develop and track change management plans, ensuring socialization and approvals are received from all stakeholders.
- Measure the success of change management efforts, escalating risks and developing solutions as needed.
- Evaluate recommended changes and ensure implementation schedules do not interfere with business operations.
- Arrange and facilitate post-implementation review activities for changes.
- Participate in incident and problem analysis for possible consequences of a change and its implementation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Communications, or Human Resources.
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing business projects/programs/portfolios.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience managing communication plans, business projects, organizational change management, business process analysis, transformation, and/or project management.
- Experience working with a dispersed organization and team.
- Knowledgeable about Professional Services Organization operations and technologies, preferably with experience in the Accounting or Financial Services industry.
- Exposure to RPA, AI, or data analytics and ability to identify opportunities for improvement using specific capabilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively with varying levels across all departments, including developing presentations, conducting workshops, and hosting recurring progress meetings.
- Masters Degree in Organizational Change Management.
- Experience with Smartsheet and Workfront.
- Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking Certification, or PMP.

Certain states require us to disclose the pay range and benefits summary for job openings. The compensation range for this position: $126,525 - $150,000. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location.
