Key Qualifications

  • Compensation Range: $15 - $18 based on experience
  • Availability required on weekdays and weekends from 9 AM to 7 PM
  • Willingness to travel to various locations
  • Ambition to progress within the company
  • Positive and winning attitude
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
  • Experience with point of sale systems and maintaining accurate patient accounts
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Minimum of one year of sales experience
  • Engagement in marketing and sales initiatives to attract new patients
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Educate patients about wellness services and offerings
  • Share personal experiences related to Chiropractic care
  • Collaborate with colleagues in a dynamic and enjoyable environment
  • Strong customer service skills and effective communication with patients
  • Organize patient flow within the clinic efficiently

Core Responsibilities

  • Delivering outstanding service to patients and members.
  • The primary focus of this role is to drive membership growth to achieve sales targets.
  • Welcoming patients and members upon arrival and facilitating check-ins for Chiropractic appointments.
  • Handling incoming phone inquiries.
  • Re-engaging with inactive members.
  • Staying informed about membership options, packages, and promotions.
  • Fostering positive relationships with team members and supporting collective goals.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized clinic environment.
  • Confidently presenting and selling membership options and visit packages.
  • Keeping management informed of patient concerns and adhering to company policies.
  • Demonstrating a willingness to learn and develop professionally.
  • Receiving constructive feedback positively and using it for growth.
  • Experience in office management or marketing is a plus (this role does not involve supervising others).
  • Able to stand or sit for extended periods.
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
