  • Minimum 2+ years of personal injury/premises liability experience.
  • Ability to manage high-volume caseloads and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent client service and communication skills.
  • Self-starter with long-term career goals and a passion for personal injury litigation.
  • Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.
