About the Role

Morgan & Morgan is a leading personal injury law firm dedicated to protecting the people, not the powerful. We're seeking an experienced Premises Liability Personal Injury Attorney to join our team in Gainesville, FL.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle a heavy and complex case load from pre-litigation to trial
  • Represent plaintiffs in slip and fall, security negligence, wrongful death, dog bite/animal attack, and other cases in North Florida
  • Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and motions
  • Guide plaintiff clients through the case process
  • Interact with expert witnesses and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances
Requirements
  • Law degree (J.D.) from a fully accredited law school
  • Active member in good standing with the State Bar Association (FL required)
  • Minimum 2+ years of personal injury/premises liability experience
  • Ability to manage high-volume cases and excellent client service skills

We provide a competitive compensation package, including a base salary, guaranteed commission, and ongoing commission fees/bonuses (uncapped), as well as a full benefits package.
