Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CDL Rear Load Driver to join our team at Rumpke of Ohio. As a key member of our waste management team, you will be responsible for safely operating a rear load truck to collect and transport waste and recyclables to disposal sites.

Responsibilities
  • Operate a rear load truck in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Collect and transport waste and recyclables to disposal sites, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and logs, including route information and vehicle maintenance.
Requirements
  • Valid Class B CDL with a clean driving record.
  • DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain prior to hire.
  • Ability to lift 40-50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
