Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CDL Front Load Driver to join our team at TransForce. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our commercial customers by collecting and hauling waste or recycling materials to a disposal site or recycling plant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate trucks in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all local, state, and federal regulations and company policies.
  • Provide trash or recycling removal services to customers on an assigned route by emptying containers into trucks and hauling them to a disposal site.
  • Maintain and update route sheets, conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and complete logs.
  • Interact professionally with internal and external customers, ensuring excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Perform physical requirements of the job, including prolonged physical exertions, such as sitting, reaching, pushing, pulling, climbing, and lifting.
Requirements
  • Valid Class B CDL and DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain prior to hire.
  • At least 19 years of age and no more than 3 moving violations within the last 2 years.
  • No DUIs or OVI's within the last 5 years or 2 in the last 10 years.
  • Ability to work overtime, weekends, and/or holidays, and be legally eligible to work in the United States.
Working Conditions

Exposure to high traffic conditions and/or tight driving areas, residential and commercial waste, and possible overtime, weekends, and/or holidays.

This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to read and speak the English language. If you are a motivated and safety-conscious individual with a valid CDL and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
