Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and transport waste and recyclables to disposal sites or recycling facilities, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Provide excellent customer service, interacting with internal and external customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintaining accurate records and logs.
  • Conduct physical labor tasks, including lifting, pushing, and pulling, to empty trash and recycling containers.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing conditions and priorities.
Requirements
  • Valid Class B CDL with a clean driving record.
  • DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain prior to hire.
  • Ability to read and speak the English language.
  • Excellent physical stamina, with the ability to lift 40-50 pounds and work in various weather conditions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in the waste industry, with a strong understanding of waste management principles and practices.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on education and training.
