Salary: $62,000 - $82,000 per year, depending on experience

Job Description:

The Memory Care Nurse Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the general well-being of memory care residents through the delivery of high-quality services. This includes ensuring compliance with applicable state and federal laws and regulations, delivering all nursing services to residents in conjunction with the Assisted Living Nurse Manager, and developing and implementing nursing systems that ensure consistent delivery of quality resident care and services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensed by the Commonwealth of Virginia
  • UAI, ISP, and CDP certified or obtain within six months
  • Two years of gerontological nursing experience
  • Possess strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to provide nursing services to the elderly
  • Ability to effectively supervise a diverse employee work group
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • High degree of interpersonal relations skills and capability of effectively relating to a variety of people and personalities
