We are seeking a highly skilled Unit Manager RN/LPN to join our team at Newport News Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse in their day-to-day recording and charting of medical or administrative information.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and treatment.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care.

Requirements

  • Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma or GED.
  • Must hold a valid License as an RN or LPN.
  • You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is $70,000-$80,000 per year, based on experience.
