Skilled Nursing Care Provider

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals at Care Advantage Inc. High Acuity Division. As an LPN on our team, you will provide high-quality patient care in clients' homes, working closely with our registered nurses and other care teams to develop personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
You will be responsible for providing direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing various medical procedures. You will also be expected to document patient information accurately and timely, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
To qualify for this role, you must have at least 1 year of experience as an LPN and a valid LPN license. We offer a competitive salary of $67,000 per year, based on your location in Virginia, with opportunities for quarterly and annual bonuses based on performance. Additionally, you will receive paid in-service training, flexible scheduling, and overtime opportunities.
