We are seeking an experienced Clinical Research Coordinator/RN to join our team at Rocky Mountain Cancer Centers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical research, with a minimum of five years of experience in a clinical or scientific related discipline, preferably in oncology.

Responsibilities will include coordinating patient care in compliance with protocol requirements, reviewing patients for changes in condition, and thoroughly documenting all findings.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for accurate and timely data collection, documentation, entry, and reporting, as well as scheduling and participating in monitoring and auditing activities.

A strong understanding of medical terminology, nursing assessment, anatomy and physiology, clinical medicine, diagnostic tests, radiology, pathology, pharmacology, hematology, oncology, clinical trials, and GCP concepts is essential.

The salary range for this position is $60,000-$75,000 for non-nurses and $80,000-$97,000 for nurses, with a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision plans, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate patient care in compliance with protocol requirements
  • Review patients for changes in condition and thoroughly document all findings
  • Accurately and timely collect, document, enter, and report data
  • Schedule and participate in monitoring and auditing activities
  • Maintain regulatory documents in accordance with USOR SOP and applicable regulations

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in a clinical or scientific related discipline required, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum five years of experience in a clinical or scientific related discipline, preferably in oncology
  • Graduate from an accredited program for nursing education (BSN preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in oncology
