  • Support leadership on various projects as directed by the Head of PL2 and Site Leadership.
  • Leverage SAP for data collection and report generation.
  • Manage files, handle correspondence, and distribute monthly performance and activity reports.
  • Process purchase order requisitions, workflows in SAP, and submit invoices for payment.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, both domestic and international, utilizing Concur.
  • Handle expense reporting for management personnel through Concur.
  • Provide clerical support, including managing inquiries, ordering office supplies, distributing mail, and processing invoices.
  • Organize arrangements for meetings, local events, conferences, and workshops.
  • Prepare and manage meeting materials, presentations, and audio/visual requirements.
  • Maintain calendars and schedule meetings and conference calls.
  • Plan catering and refreshments for meetings and special events, ensuring conference rooms are set up appropriately.
  • Uphold a high level of confidentiality regarding sensitive information.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S.
