Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and participate in community events and sponsorships to foster brand awareness.
- Act as a liaison between the Field Market Coordinator, Corporate Marketing Team, and Field Teams to ensure effective communication regarding pricing, packaging, and customer feedback.
- Manage and distribute branded merchandise giveaways to promote our services.
- Analyze post-event results to assess impact and inform future community engagement efforts.
- Maintain high standards in verbal and written communication, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions.
- Execute events that target serviceable homes and maximize gross impressions in the service area.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing or event coordination, preferably in support of a sales team.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships across departments and with external partners to drive successful marketing campaigns.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Sites).
- Availability for evening and weekend hours, along with some local travel.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
