About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Silver City Center in Silver City, NM. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop effective plans of care in collaboration with the nursing team and other healthcare professionals.
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians, and delegate patient care responsibilities to staff while supervising their work to ensure high-quality care.
  • Communicate patient information effectively with assigned staff and between shifts to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Establish realistic and measurable patient goals, and implement interventions to minimize rehospitalizations and evaluate outcomes.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be a graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
  • Hold CPR certification.
  • Have one to three years of experience working as a Registered Nurse in a related setting.
