Nurse Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Silver City Center in Silver City, NM. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop effective care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise their implementation, promoting a culture of safety and quality.
- Communicate patient information effectively with assigned staff and between shifts, ensuring seamless care transitions.
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing and current licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- CPR certification is required.
- One to three years of experience working as a RN in a related setting is preferred.
