Nurse Supervisor

Silver City Center - Silver City, NM is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to lead our clinical operations. As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will report to the Director of Nursing and be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to achieve positive clinical outcomes and patient/family and employee satisfaction. Key responsibilities include leading, guiding, and directing the clinical operations of the nursing units on assigned shifts, ensuring compliance with Genesis policies and procedures, practice standards, and regulations. You will also facilitate the implementation of the care delivery model and processes, collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing staff, and participate in staff mentorship, recruitment, new hire orientation, and employee promotions, transfers, and terminations.
