Silver City Center - Silver City, NM is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Supervisor. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for leading and guiding the clinical operations of our nursing units, ensuring compliance with Genesis policies and procedures, practice standards, and regulations. Your expertise will be instrumental in facilitating the implementation of our care delivery model and processes, collaborating with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing staff, and participating in staff mentorship, recruitment, and new hire orientation. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead and direct the clinical operations of the nursing units on assigned shift
* Ensure compliance with Genesis policies and procedures, practice standards, and regulations
* Facilitate the implementation of the care delivery model and processes
* Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing staff
* Participate in staff mentorship, recruitment, and new hire orientation

**Qualifications:**

* Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing, college, or university
* Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing is required
* Minimum of three years full-time or equivalent clinical experience is preferred
* Minimum of two years of clinical experience in long-term care is preferred
* One year in a management/administrative or supervisory capacity is preferred
