Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Intake Program Associate to join our team at PACO, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the intake process, reviewing applications, and ensuring client eligibility for our programs.

This is a dynamic role that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with a fast-paced team. The ideal candidate will be able to maintain confidentiality, work accurately and efficiently, and meet strict deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the intake process, including reviewing applications and ensuring client eligibility
  • Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and community partners
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
  • Collaborate with the Program Manager to ensure effective program implementation
  • Develop and implement outreach strategies to increase awareness of our programs and services

Requirements:

  • Associate Degree or two years of relevant experience in a non-profit sector
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a fast-paced team
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and work accurately and efficiently
  • Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM applications
