As a Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Child Partial Hospitalization program, ensuring that patients receive high-quality services in accordance with relevant policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all staffing needs and day-to-day operations of the program
  • Implement curriculum and manage supplies
  • Schedule programming and ensure that patients receive quality services
  • Collect and report data, submitting monthly data reports and completing daily charge reconciliation
  • Participate in personal and professional development and take responsibility for the clinical and administrative supervision of the clinical team
  • Makes hiring and corrective action recommendations, including intern selection, training, and onboarding
  • Contributes to comprehensive interdisciplinary treatment plans and ensures EMRs are in compliance with regulatory standards
  • Participates in crisis intervention and crisis management actions per the program's policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling
  • At least 1-2 years supervisory experience and 5 years of clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and families
  • Candidates must have a valid NJ Drivers License
  • NJ licensure as an LCSW or LPC
