Application Support Engineer Digital Logistics

Siemens Digital Industries Software is seeking a highly skilled Application Support Engineer to join our Digital Logistics team. As a key member of our global support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers and resolving complex logistics solution issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and web-based communication channels
Troubleshoot and resolve complex logistics solution issues using problem-solving skills and tools
Collaborate with colleagues across multiple departments to assess issues and provide solutions
Develop and maintain knowledge base articles, provide technical presentations, and review documentation
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, or Engineering
2+ years of experience in a customer-facing support role
Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of logistics applications
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues

Competitive salary range: $68,000 - $122,400
