Key Responsibilities- Engage with senior stakeholders and clients to understand their business challenges, requirements, and objectives.
- Provide advice on how analytics can drive value and competitive advantage, crafting tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and identifying opportunities for further engagement.
- Develop and implement reporting models, dashboards, and KPIs that support business insights and strategic decision-making.
- Lead the analysis of complex data sets to uncover new insights and develop advanced analytics models to support problem statements.
- Regularly engage in peer-level discussions with the C-Suite/C-1 Suite of client organizations and partner with them as a trusted analytics advisor.
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of analytics projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, engineering, finance, or information technology.
- Minimum of 4+ years relevant work experience with minimum 2+ years' experience in client-facing/professional services environment.
- Strong hard skills on analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to share complex thoughts and tailor written and verbal communication based on the context.
We offer a competitive salary range of $130,000 - $190,000 + benefits + bonus.
