What We Offer

As a Trading Operations Analyst, you'll handle large data sets, escalating the need for diligence, precision, and timely task completion. You'll work with stakeholders across the trading function, leveraging technical skills to automate manual processes and scale our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and optimize our world-class automated trading system
  • Leverage technical skills to automate manual processes and scale our business
  • Create automated data visualizations and reporting on key insights
  • Work on projects directly related to improving trading profitability and risk
  • Monitor and optimize financing, capital, and electronic trading fees and rebates
  • Stock lending, short-sale costs, and settlement/buy-in risks
Requirements
  • Graduating with a bachelor's, master's, or PhD in a STEM or related field
  • Expected graduation date of Spring 2025 (Fall 2025 start date)
  • Proficient with a programming language, preferably Python
  • Superior analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communicator and team player
  • Able to work in an accurate and structured way
  • Driven to constantly improve and optimize
  • Able to work under pressure and multitask
