Position Overview:

The Trading Assistant role is an entry-level opportunity within our Trading & Quantitative Analysis division, providing extensive exposure to our operations while preparing you for a focused career as a Trader.

As a Trading Assistant, you will collaborate with seasoned traders on a dynamic trading floor. Your contributions will be essential in identifying trading opportunities and facilitating communication with traders and risk managers throughout the trading session. The emphasis will be on developing trading intuition through real-time market interactions.

Key Qualifications:
  • You are a recent graduate or expect to graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field
  • You have a proven track record of achievement (academics, awards, extracurricular activities, etc.)
  • You are open to relocation
  • You are eligible to work in the United States without restrictions
