Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide dedicated support to DRW's Agricultural and Energy trading desks, ensuring seamless trade capture, confirmation, reconciliation, and profit-and-loss calculation.
  • Develop strong relationships with front office traders, back-office colleagues, and senior management to drive process efficiency and risk reduction.
  • Collaborate with technical personnel to enhance operational performance, leveraging technology to create innovative solutions.
  • Work closely with the Business Liaison team to ensure smooth onboarding of new desks, traders, and products.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in finance or trading, with a strong understanding of option structures and physical trading.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a quantitative field, or equivalent practical exposure.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to handle sensitive financial data and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong MS Excel skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior interaction with front office and senior management personnel in an active trading environment.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, or another coding language, with experience working with databases and APIs.
