Responsibilities
  • Perform physical examinations, surgeries, and dentistry to deliver the highest quality care to our patients.
  • Develop a rapport with clients and determine their needs and wishes, providing clear communication and education on preventative health care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client/patient medical/surgical records.
  • Stay current with new medical information and changes in veterinary medicine, attending Continuing Education meetings as needed.
  • Assist in the development of the paraprofessional team to ensure exceptional client service and high-quality care.
Requirements
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited university.
  • Licensure in good standing to practice in the state of Texas.
  • Professional comportment and appearance, with excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, friendly attitude.
  • The ability to make decisions and communicate clearly and effectively with fellow team members.
  • Respect for and willingness to work with clients and their pets.
