Accountable for the sanitation and arrangement of guest accommodations, ensuring adherence to hotel standards and consistency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Maintain cleanliness of designated guest rooms in accordance with hotel protocols. This encompasses making beds, sanitizing bathrooms, vacuuming carpets, and dusting surfaces.
  2. Restock and replenish necessary items in the guest suites, including paper products, toiletries, towels, and other essentials as per hotel guidelines.
  3. Ensure cleanliness of immediate exterior entry areas and windows, following hotel standards.
  4. Utilize housekeeping equipment safely and correctly.
  5. Organize and restock the housekeeping cart daily.
  6. Assist in conducting monthly inventory checks for housekeeping supplies.
  7. Familiarize oneself with all hotel emergency protocols.
  8. Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines set by the hotel.
  9. Comply with all quality assurance standards for the housekeeping department.
  10. Manage key control for issued keys responsibly.
  11. Handle keys left by guests in suites appropriately.
  12. Deliver all lost and found items to the supervisor's or manager's office for documentation and storage.
  13. Employ the L.E.A.R.N Model for addressing guest recovery situations.
  14. Maintain a friendly and welcoming attitude when engaging with guests.
  15. Promptly report any unusual occurrences in guest rooms to a supervisor or manager, including unreported pets, parties, or discrepancies in room occupancy.
  16. Complete maintenance work orders and submit them to the supervisor/manager or designated area promptly.
  17. Accommodate special requests from guests courteously.
  18. Provide information to guests regarding hotel amenities and local attractions.
  19. Execute any reasonable requests from management that fall within my capabilities.
