Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive internal and external customer experience.
- Leadership: Act as Manager on Duty, adhering to company policy and procedure, and ensure the store team performs tasks and activities in accordance with the store plan.
- Team Management: Ensure accurate Associate coverage in service areas for a positive customer experience, and provide feedback, recognition, and coaching to Associates.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure opening/closing procedures are executed according to company guidelines, and maintain accurate records and reports.
- Communication: Communicate accurately and effectively with management and Associates when setting and addressing priorities, and provide progress updates.
- Availability: Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to coach, delegate, and follow-up on multiple people/tasks.
- Problem-Solving: Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to act quickly under challenging circumstances.
- Communication: Superior communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Experience: 1 year retail experience, with 6 months leadership experience.
We offer a competitive starting pay range of $18.00 to $18.50 per hour, and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
