An Instructional Designer position is available with Burnett Specialists Staffing | Recruiting.
About the JobThe ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 2-10+ years of experience in instructional design, training development, and curriculum creation.
Responsibilities- Lead content analysis activities to understand business needs and purposes.
- Collaborate with trainers and SMEs to gather knowledge for efficient design and development.
- Develop various types of training content, including instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning modules.
- Ensure design consistency and cross-functionality.
- Apply tested instructional design theories and methods.
- Manage project timelines and drive initiatives to ensure on-time delivery.
- Ensure quality and accuracy of all curricula by facilitating review processes.
Bachelor's degree and 2-10+ years of experience.
Preferred QualificationsUnderstanding of required elements for different work products.
Experience using PowerPoint, Articulate 360, BioDigital, or similar software.
Knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models (e.g. ADDIE).
Compensation$60,000 - $100,000 per year based on experience.
