The successful candidate will have extensive experience in developing and delivering high-quality training programs, with a proven track record in analyzing training needs, evaluating instructor performance, and preparing effective training materials. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively across different teams and departments.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including an estimated salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to a generous base salary, our benefits package includes 401k matching, comprehensive health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive training strategies that align with organizational goals
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts to create engaging and interactive training content
  • Providing coaching and support to instructors to enhance their teaching skills
  • Conducting regular assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Qualifications for this position include a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as education or human resources, and at least three years of experience in training development and delivery.
