About the Role

This position is a unique opportunity to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for data center engineers, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement training curricula that align with industry standards and company requirements
  • Deliver high-quality training sessions to diverse groups of engineers, incorporating interactive learning methods and assessments
  • Evaluate employee performance and identify areas for improvement, providing tailored coaching and development plans
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, including participant feedback and evaluation results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate client systems training into overall training programs
Requirements
  • 2+ years of direct training experience, including demonstrated curriculum development and delivery
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Demonstrated verbal/written communication skills
  • Proven record of excellent internal and external customer service

Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this role is between $60,000 and $80,000 per year, depending on the candidate's skills and experience.
