Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at YoungWilliams, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to both internal and external customers. You will be responsible for professionally answering all calls, ensuring that customers receive accurate information promptly and politely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work independently with minimal supervision, meeting the minimum requirement of calls answered per day.
  • Utilize all available resources, policies, supervisors, and state systems to answer inquiries, recognizing case issues as they develop to reduce workload.
  • Exhibit a high level of enthusiasm in serving customers and improving team performance, willing to obtain and increase knowledge to assist the team and call center.
  • Regular and timely attendance.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A degree or certificate in a related field is preferred. Call center experience is preferred, and computer experience and typing proficiency are required.
