SEEKING NIGHT OWLS: THIS IS FOR YOU

OVERNIGHT SHIFTS AVAILABLE NOW

The schedule consists of alternating shifts ranging from 3 to 10 hours overnight, providing 4 days off or 4 shifts of 10 hours with 3 days off. Expect to work an average of 70 hours within each pay period.

Your role will keep you engaged as you assist guests with their check-ins and check-outs, manage reservations, and ensure daily paperwork is reconciled efficiently.

Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing breakfast items and providing coffee service for guests in the morning.

Responsibilities will include sales and cash handling for purchased items, maintaining cleanliness in guest service areas, and aiding the morning shift for a smooth transition.

Ideal candidates will be self-driven, capable of staying focused with minimal supervision, and possess outstanding communication abilities.

  • Manage and process reservations made via online platforms and phone calls
  • Verify guests' payment methods during check-in
  • Assign rooms to guests
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Provide information regarding hotel amenities
  • Assist guests in locating their rooms
  • Coordinate amenities and address customer needs
  • Perform light cleaning of public areas and restrooms
  • Work during weekends, holidays, and evenings
  • Conduct night audit tasks
  • Prepare food items, including chopping, dicing, cooking, and storing
  • Launder and fold linens used in the dining area
  • Utilize surveillance systems to monitor hotel security
