**Job Summary:**



This is a full-time position that requires a strong work ethic and attention to detail. As a Residential Program Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks, including providing support to the Residential Program Director and staff, conducting site visits, and collecting and monitoring documentation related to staff requests, safety, and deficiencies.



**Key Responsibilities:**




  • Provide administrative support to the Residential Program Director and staff, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed
  • Conduct site visits to 7 locations in Columbus to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Collect and monitor documentation related to staff requests, safety, and deficiencies, and provide reports to the Residential Program Director
  • Assist with inventory and purchasing requests to ensure compliance with City, State, and national accreditation standards
  • Other duties as assigned


**Requirements:**



To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment. You will also need to have a valid Ohio driver's license and a good driving record, as you will be required to drive a company vehicle as part of your job duties.

**Qualifications:**



To be considered for this role, you will need to have an Associate's degree, with a Bachelor's degree preferred. You will also need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work well in a team environment. You must also be able to lift up to 25 pounds and be physically able to sit, stand, walk, step up, step down, climb, bend, stoop, crouch, reach, push, pull, grab, grasp, and carry.
