Job Description

This position plays a crucial role in the development and implementation of nutritional care plans, ensuring residents receive personalized support to meet their dietary needs. As a Dietary Services Coordinator, you will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate nutrition services, provide recommendations, and submit reports as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate nutritional care with an interdisciplinary approach
  • Develop and implement customized nutrition plans for residents
  • Provide recommendations and follow-up to ensure optimal nutrition outcomes
  • Submit reports as necessary to maintain accurate records
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess a dietetic technician program accredited by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics or equivalent, and a minimum of 2 years' experience in dietetics with a long-term care facility background.
