We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Lead to join our team at Sun Tan City - STC New England. As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all clients' needs are met and treated professionally.
- Product Recommendations: Ability to make recommendations for products and services to clients.
- Sales Performance: Ability to maintain the minimum sales requirements and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Team Collaboration: Work cohesively with a team in an upbeat and fast-paced salon environment while upholding all company policies and procedures.
- Salon Maintenance: Assist with maintaining cleanliness of salon tanning rooms, lobby area, restrooms, laundry, and storage areas.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time, bend at the waist to clean tanning equipment, lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes, and perform salon cleaning functions including dusting, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, etc.
- Competitive Compensation: Pay: UP TO $16.00 PER HOUR PLUS BONUSES
- Benefits Package: Bonus based on performance, flexible schedule, opportunity for advancement, parental leave, savings bank, signing bonus, training & development, and tuition assistance.
