Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Environmental Assistant Staff Project Manager to join our team at ECS Group of Companies. As a key member of our environmental services team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and conducting site assessments to identify potential environmental hazards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct environmental compliance studies and site assessments to identify potential environmental hazards
  • Investigate and remediate environmental contamination, including groundwater and soil sampling
  • Design, install, operate, and maintain remediation systems
  • Conduct asbestos, lead-based paint, mold, and indoor air quality assessments
  • Underground storage tank assessments and laboratory testing
  • Prepare daily field reports and project meeting minutes
  • Assist in project resolutions and proposal preparation
  • Schedule and oversee environmental technicians
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Geology, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field from an ABET-accredited college/university
  • 0-2 years of related experience
  • EIT or GIT certification preferred
  • Valid driver's license required for driving on behalf of ECS
