Job Summary:


This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our multidisciplinary team as a float nurse. As a float nurse, you will have the chance to work in various settings, including residential programs and detox centers, providing medical detoxification services to clients struggling with substance abuse disorders.

Key Responsibilities:


- Provide comprehensive medical care to clients, including medication management, vital sign monitoring, and health education
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and provide appropriate interventions
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and care plans
- Participate in daily staff meetings and treatment planning review sessions
- Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:


- Current Oregon License as RN or LPN
- Experience working with mental illness and/or substance abuse disorders
- Ability to maintain strict confidence as required by HIPAA, 42 CFR, and Oregon Statutes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
