Qualifications:

Experience:


• A minimum of 10 years in progressive leadership roles within operational management is required.


• Experience in the medical manufacturing sector is preferred.


• At least 5 years of experience managing operations across multiple shifts is necessary; experience in a 24/7 operational environment is ideal.

Physical Requirements:


• Ability to remain stationary for 50% or more of the time.

Key Responsibilities:


• Oversee daily operational functions of the organization. Act as the authority on process planning and prioritization for operations. Develop and execute strategies aimed at enhancing efficiency, ensuring quality, and promoting continuous improvement.

• Represent MicroLumen® in a professional manner at various internal and external engagements, including charitable events, trade shows, and customer interactions.


• Perform additional duties as required.
