Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operational functions of the organization. Act as the authority on process planning and prioritization for operations. Develop and execute strategies aimed at enhancing efficiency, ensuring quality, and promoting continuous improvement.
• Provide leadership, direction, and motivation to all members of the operations team. Address routine supervisory matters including training, coaching, and performance evaluation. Support the growth of future leaders within the department.
• Articulate the corporate vision, mission, and values into operational practices, fostering a culture of respect and civility throughout the organization.
• Collaborate with the executive leadership team to assess and monitor overall organizational performance, guide strategic decision-making, and propose actions to stakeholders.

• Plan, manage, and oversee budgets for personnel and equipment resources in alignment with organizational growth and future requirements, while ensuring the financial health and sustainability of MicroLumen®.
• Represent MicroLumen® in a professional manner at various internal and external engagements, including charitable events, trade shows, and customer interactions.
• Perform additional duties as required.
