This role is a critical component of our internal audit function and will provide the successful candidate with exposure to all aspects of our business, including financial reporting, risk management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute internal audit engagements and projects to assess the effectiveness of our internal controls and risk management processes.
  • Develop and perform analytic-based audit projects utilizing data mining software to identify areas of risk and opportunity for improvement.
  • Conduct business process audits and reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Perform special projects on an ad hoc basis to support the achievement of our business objectives.
  • Document and communicate the results of audits, including any findings and recommendations for remediation and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally to carry out audit activities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with SOX and other regulatory requirements.
  • Experience performing risk-based audits and risk assessments.
  • CPA, CIA, or other relevant professional designation.
  • Knowledge of COSO Framework and other risk management frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
