Key Responsibilities
1. **Professional Development**: Utilize advanced educational methodologies to assess and address the learning needs of nursing personnel and allied health staff.
2. **Program Design and Implementation**: Collaborate with stakeholders to create, execute, and evaluate educational programs that enhance clinical competencies and support lifelong learning.
3. **Data Analysis**: Systematically gather and analyze data from diverse sources to identify gaps in professional practice and inform educational strategies.
4. **Quality Improvement**: Engage in quality improvement initiatives, measuring the impact of educational interventions on patient outcomes and professional practice.
5. **Interprofessional Collaboration**: Work alongside clinical leaders and experts to ensure educational content aligns with organizational goals and enhances team performance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required; a Master's Degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience is necessary.
- Previous experience in educational roles is highly desirable.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state is required.
- Certification in Nursing Professional Development (BC-NPD) is preferred.
