Job Title: Community Support SpecialistJob Summary:

Simple Steps LLC is seeking a Community Support Specialist to join our team. As a Community Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality home and community services to our Veterans with neurological disorders, physical disabilities, and traumatic brain injuries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality home and community services to our Veterans
  • Support and carry out quality client care plans
  • Orient and educate clients and their families about health care plan services and procedures
  • Support accurate and complete documentation
  • Supply timely data for generating accurate invoices
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma
  • Experience with physical and cognitive impairments/disabilities
  • Experience with Traumatic Brain Injury
  • Experience with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder
  • Veteran/Military Experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • CPR/AED/First Aid Certification (American Red Cross or American Heart Association only)
  • Social Security Card
  • Driver's License
  • Auto Insurance (100k/300k Bodily Injury)
