Client Overview:
Our client is a prominent creative marketing agency expanding its operations in a new mid-town office. They are looking to enhance their Administrative team with the addition of a Front Desk Coordinator.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$55k - $65k DOE
Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will be a professional and approachable Front Desk Coordinator responsible for overseeing front office functions while providing administrative support to the Office Manager and two Vice Presidents. This role requires delivering exceptional service in a polished and friendly manner. The Front Desk Coordinator will manage front desk operations, assist with various administrative tasks, ensure a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and staff, maintain office organization, and handle supply orders. Additionally, the Front Desk Coordinator will contribute to planning enjoyable office events and gatherings.
Responsibilities of the Front Desk Coordinator:
- Provide front desk reception coverage, greeting all visitors and managing phone inquiries.
- Ensure a clean and visually appealing reception area.
- Offer support to Office Managers and VPs, including light travel arrangements, expense reporting, and presentation preparation.
- Assist with occasional office event planning, including coordinating quarterly office gatherings.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Receptionist, preferably in an agency setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- An Associate's or Bachelor's degree is required.
- Atrium Care Package available upon eligibility, which includes healthcare plans, discount programs, and paid time off.
