Home Health Care Professional

We are seeking a qualified Home Health Care Professional to provide high-quality care and assistance to our clients in a professional and compassionate manner.
Responsibilities:- Medication Management: Assist clients with taking prescribed medication as directed by their healthcare provider.
- Mobility Assistance: Accompany clients on walks, doctor's appointments, and other outings to ensure their safety and well-being.
- Personal Care: Assist clients with personal care and hygiene tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Physical Therapy: Help clients with physical therapy exercises to maintain their strength and mobility.
- Meal Preparation: Plan and prepare meals with assistance from clients, taking into account their dietary needs and restrictions.
- Errands and Chores: Accompany clients on errands, such as grocery shopping, and assist with light housekeeping duties.
- Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, engaging in activities and conversations to promote their mental and emotional well-being.
- Reporting and Emergency Response: Report any unusual incidents or concerns to the client's healthcare provider or family members, and act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency.
- Transportation: Have a reliable vehicle and a valid California driver's license, and be willing to drive clients to appointments and outings.
- Experience: Proven experience as a caregiver or home health care professional.
- Certifications: Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid (CPR), and a willingness to adhere to health and safety standards.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, good time management skills, and a respectful and compassionate attitude.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent, and a preference for Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Medical Assistant (MA) certification.
