Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for ensuring the operational efficiency of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough maintenance inspections to guarantee all machinery and equipment are functioning optimally.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues with equipment, including but not limited to hydraulic and pneumatic systems, air compressors, and boilers.
  • Adjust and calibrate machinery, ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational protocols.
  • Assist in inventory management by recommending necessary parts and supplies.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities.
  • Participate in special projects and assignments as required.
  • Foster a safe working environment by adhering to OSHA regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED; industrial maintenance training or certification is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience with a stable work history.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing various types of equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
  • Physically capable of performing tasks that involve walking, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.
