Lead a New Behavioral Health Clinic in Wausau

Rogers Behavioral Health is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to lead the start-up and growth of our new clinic in Wausau. As a fully licensed, experienced therapist, you will bring your passion and expertise to lead a team of 10 direct reports, providing top-quality care to the Wausau community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical supervision and support to an initial team of 6-10 FTEs
  • Lead day-to-day operations to ensure smooth clinic functionality
  • Foster and grow community relationships to develop access points for patient care

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to understand patient care status
  • Apply established standards of care to ensure a safe, therapeutic patient care environment
  • Provide direct services, when appropriate
  • Meet with patients and families to resolve concerns and answer questions

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in social services or related field and active clinical license issued by the State of Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services
  • A minimum of four years of clinical experience in mental health care and/or addiction services; at least two years' experience in a psychiatric facility
  • A minimum of two years' experience in a supervisory/management role
