Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Relationship Manager III to join our team at Fifth Third Bank. As a key member of our commercial banking team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business plans to achieve financial goals and qualitative measures
  • Work closely with internal partners to deepen existing relationships and acquire new prospective relationships
  • Attend industry forums, conferences, and meetings to broaden relationship networks and deepen knowledge of trends, practices, services, and the competitive landscape
  • Utilize consultative sales skills, commercial playbook principles, and call reporting plans to enhance the client experience
  • Monitor and analyze financial information to determine credit requests and ensure that any credit exposure is at an acceptable risk
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 6 years commercial banking experience, with at least 5 years of sales experience
  • Formalized commercial banking training or equivalent payments experience
  • Proven ability to build new and existing client business, translating to increased revenue and providing a positive client experience
Working Conditions

This is a virtual role with occasional travel to the Ohio location. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a team-based sales environment.
