**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Valet to join our team at LAZ Parking. As a Valet, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring the smooth flow of vehicles, and maintaining a clean and organized parking environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Park and retrieve vehicles for guests with a high level of accuracy and efficiency
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
* Maintain the cleanliness and organization of parking areas, including sweeping, cleaning, and restocking supplies as needed
* Handle cash transactions and accurately process payments, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Assist with traffic control, ensuring the smooth flow of vehicles and pedestrians
* Communicate effectively with team members and management, providing updates and feedback as needed

**Requirements:**

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
* Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
