We provide non-emergency medical transportation, shuttle services, valet parking, service excellence consulting and coaching, parking/garage management and welcome desk/concierge services.
We are currently seeking an Human Resources/Payroll Admin for our Detroit Medical Center location. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail oriented, energetic, and compassionate. They should be an outstanding communicator, have strong leadership skills and thrive in a team environment. Valet parking experience is preferred but not required.

Position requirements
- HS diploma or relevant work experience in parking or hospitality management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft office products – word, excel, PowerPoint.
- MVR, Criminal Background and Drug Screen will be required.
- Must be able to work outside in inclement weather
- All employees must maintain a well kempt and professional appearance
This position will report to the Director of Operations and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Valet Parking Program at the Detroit Medical Center. The operation is from 6:00am-8:00pm and parks hundreds of cars a week out of multiple entrances.
Duties and responsibilities
- Work closely with client/facility management
- Communicate effectively with both the client and the corporate office in a timely manner
- Maintain proper staffing levels at all times
- Ensure customers are receiving timely service
- Responsible for resolving those guest concerns that are brought to his/her attention by the valet team.
- Responsible for documenting incident forms and conducting incident investigations as directed by the corporate office.
- Ensures the facility and employees are operating in accordance with company policy
