We are a compassionate and personalized care provider dedicated to supporting the daily living needs of our clients. Our team is seeking a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to join us in delivering high-quality care.
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
About the Role: As a PCA at Serenity Home Care, you will play a vital role in assisting with clerical work, activities of daily living (ADLs), and operating office machines. You will also be responsible for communicating with customers, employees, and other individuals, and maintaining and updating filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with clerical tasks such as typing, filing papers, and operating office machines.
- Provide support with ADLs, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft Office software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to type at least 45 words per minute.
